Guilty until proven innocent....
The following people have been framed by the United States Government:

  Matthew "Whatever" Hale
"Are we gonna exterminate the rat?" FBI informant Evola can be heard asking Hale on the tape. "Well, whatever you want to do. My position has always been that, you know, I'm going to fight within the law and that information has been provided if you wish to, ah, do anything, yourself, you can. So that makes it clear," Hale replied. "Consider it done," Evola said.

And with that, Hale was convicted of trying to hire someone he didn't know, who showed up at his doorstop unexpectantly one night, of trying to kill a judge. The judge was not attacked. Defense counsel Durkin called no witnesses, saying the prosecution's evidence was the weakest he had seen.

"We seek the advancement of white people, our people, without any apologies, any compromise, any groveling before anybody."
--Matt Hale
(The Washington Times, Jan. 13, 2002)
Randy Weaver eventually found innocent In August 1992 federal agents laid sieze of the Ruby Ridge home of Randy Weaver, a white seperatist, after getting him to saw off two shotguns for an undercover agent. What followed was the murder of Weaver's wife and son by federal agents. Later, he was found innocent of any major crimes and was awarded 3.1 million. Congressional hearings later revealed a government cover-up.

“None of the accuasations are true. They are all lies created by, or at least condoned by, the federal agencies involved. The mainstream media was only too happy to headline them as fact.”
-- Randy Weaver (preface to the book, "Ruby Ridge")

"Keep your powder dry, buddy."
--Weaver's response to a farmer during a book-signing in Lincoln, Nebraska
(Washington Post, April 30, 2001)
Lee "I didn't do it" Oswald
"I did not kill President Kennedy or Officer Tippit. If you want me to cop out to hitting or pleading guilty to hitting a cop in the mouth when I was arrested, yeah, I plead guilty to that. I am only a patsy....I did not do it. I did not do it....I did not shoot anyone. You are wasting your time. I didn't shoot John Kennedy....I didn't even know Gov. John Connally had been shot. I don't own a rifle....While in the Marines, I received an award for marksmanship as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps. The only package I brought to work was my lunch. John Kennedy had a nice family. I had nothing personal against John Kennedy."
--Lee Harvey Oswald (Interviews with Dallas police, Nov. 22-24, 1963)

"I have nothing more to say to you." (Oswald's last words, six minutes before he was killed, Nov. 24, 1963)
